Annual Soul Beach Music Festival In Aruba

Well the co-creaters of that event decided to bring back that same magic to the present day with a mixture of neo-soul artist, nationally known comedians and island beach activities to capture that same energy. This is the sixth year of the Aruba event and it has now become a staple for Memorial Day Weekend travelers who are looking for fun and excitement with people who enjoy the same atmosphere in location and music.

San Sebastian Street Festival
SAN SEBASTIAN PUERTO RICO
On Friday night, Ashford Avenue in Condado was flooded with cars. This is not uncommon for Condado. On Friday and Saturday nights, Ashford Ave. is a crawling parade of cars with booming sound systems, and a constant bustle of tourists and local pedestrians making their way to the street's popular restaurants, bars and nigh clubs. But this past Friday Ashford's traffic jam had a different reason for being.
Approximately 5 miles away, in Old San Juan, thousands of locals and tourists were making their way to the San Sebastian Street Festival, Puerto Rico's answer to Mardi Gras. The San Sebastian Street Fest was started about 50 years ago, when then-San Juan Mayor Felisa Rincón insitituted the weekend-long celebration. The beginnings were humble. Old San Juan was not as much a tourist attraction, as a tourist curiosity..........
St Barth Music Festival Jazz Classical and Chamber Music
Each year during January we offer more than a dozen nights of the finest live music and dance performances in an informal, island setting. Audiences are treated to intimate concerts by some of the world's most prominent classical, opera, ballet, and jazz stars. These performers have the level of artistry that one would normally have to attend Carnegie Hall in New York or the Opera Garnier in Paris to experience. But we offer them to our audiences with the added advantage of island breezes and the fragrance of flowering hibiscus.

The pulsating sounds of soca music pervaded the new Warner Park stadium on Thursday night heralding the start of the 10th annual St Kitts Music Festival. The festival which started promptly at 8:00 p.m. saw hundreds of patrons braving the scattered showers and overcast skies to be a part of the festivities.
The show got off to a fast paced start with a range of popular local artistes thrilling the crowd with their soca renditions. The King Socrates had the crowd on their feet with popular tunes such as "Mange" and "Last Call in the Dancehall". Delivering a superb performance was the reigning soca monarch and calypso king of St Kitts, King Konris..............
